The Missouri State Cyclocross Championship on December 4th is also the final event of the Boss Cross Series. Attached below are the current standings. December 5th is the Kansas State Championship and part of the Series60CX. Updates on series standings are on the way.

There are some important changes to the schedule of events at the Saturday December 4th Missouri Cyclocross Championship in Riverside. Here is the link to the official website. The revised flyer is attached.

The next cyclocross races on the local calendar are both State Championships. The Missouri State Championship at E.H. Young Park in Riverside crosses the state from the St. Louis side for the the first time Saturday December 4th. Contrasting veldrijden from the past weekend. A night time muddy run fest (for most) and a mostly sunny open and hilly De Stad (pics from Roger Harrison). Next race on the calendar is a return Manion’s Cross. Early reports are of a slightly less hill offering.  

Last year’s SupaFast racing on a dry Heartland Race Track was replaced by lots of running in the early races. Sticky clay did it’s thing and stuck to bikes and shoes. Later races had more ‘worn in’ and ridealble lines. Results attached. Leavenworth De Stad next.

Two fresh races on two unique courses kept the ‘crossers occupied in Lawrence over the weekend. Complicated spirals, big grass hills, and a bit of mud were featured.
