Beginning 6/9/11 you can work on your track cycling chops at the fine grass Velodrome near Lawrence. This private property facility will be open Thursdays at 7PM for drills, training AND an essential track safety clinic. Read the Kansas Track Championship flyer for directions. Bring your track bike/fixie (no brakes) and come ready for fun.

Roger Harrison is reviving the USAC Masters/Age Group Road Race for Kansas after a one year hiatus using the very challenging Olsburg course.  Here’s the link to the flyer.  Mr. Harrison is also putting out a call for the signed release form to be submitted (helps him predict numbers for support and logistics): Release  

This could come in handy around July 24th when the Kansas Track Championship is held in Lawrence (Yes, Virginia there is a velodrome). The raffle for this cool ride benefits RevolveKC, a group doing lots of good work. Details attached below on the raffle and a burrito!
