Women’s Events

Women’s cycling in the metro has lots of good things going on. Wednesday night mountain bike rides at Shawnee Mission Park, VeloTek road rides in Lawrence, great sponsorship by the Boulevard Beer folks of Women’s racing and the KCOI team. And and upcoming Women’s Night Out at the Trek Bicycle Store of KC.  There will be basic maintenence clinics, bike fit seminars, exclusive in-store discounts and speakers. Chrissy Redden, a pro mountain biker and Megan Hottman (local racer, member of the Trek/VW regional team, and partner of Defined Fitness) will help present.
