More Wednesday Night Cyclcocross Training
The hardy folks that like to run with perfectly good bicycles will meet at the Trek Bicycle Store of Kansas City on Wednesday evenings for continued studies in the fine art of cyclocross. Be there at 6:00 p.m. ready to leave the parking lot at 6:15. Expect to explore nearby pocket parks and backyards for about an hour of threshold level fun. It would be wise to have at least a clip red flashing light this week.
