Lots of racing coming up. Final Spring Fling on Saturday. God’s Country Duathlon on Saturday followed by the bike only version at the Lawrence River Trail on Sunday. Bazaar Road Race on Sunday. Next Tuesday the training crits in Lenexa start up again.

Results from last weekend’s Spring Fling No.5. One more week of racing.

Three local clubs have banded together to continue the popular monthly training time trials at Gardner Airport. These events are used by USCF licensed cyclists, triathletes, and corporate challenge athletes to fine tune their ‘against the clock’ form throughout the year. We had a long weekend. Friday night, my wife and I had a house full of boys. We ended up going out to Lawrence, Kansas Saturday morning, to the Spring Fling, where my sons Thomas and Christain, and our "adopted" son, Josh finally got to race in the GP Vekotek Spring Fling again.
