The localcycling.com news team will be hosting a ride Sunday 4/11 to hunt out KC”s remaining section of brick roads. We’ll coffee and fuel up at The Red Bench Cafe in downtown Overland Park 9a.m. and hit the streets for several hours of easy riding (with ‘special sections’) at 10a.m.

Back again for 2010 is the fast and aptly named Bike Source Hammer Ride. Basic description: “Every Saturday morning at 7:30 from BikeSource.  Great opportunity to get your long miles and practice race-like scenarios (breaks, chases, attacks, echelons, etc.)  If that’s your thing, come out and join the fun.”
