A very very well groomed grass velodrome provided by Lawrence cycling enthusiast Steve Schwada made the hot temperature racing even hotter. The new venue was equiped with shelter from the sun (and the after party storm) thanks to Bill Anderson of Anderson rentals. Tonight 7/22 is the last clinic before this weekend’s State Track (that’s bicycle, as in velodrome) Championship. These are important for those that need to upgrade to do the mass start events. Here’s the flyer with details on how to get to the venue for the clinic AND the race. Clinic starts at 7PM.
