A hot and windy day at the Lawrence Grass Velodrome, the venue for the 2015 Kansas Track Championships, slowed some of the times; there was still plenty of good racing and plenty of after party. Click below for full results Photos by Roger Harrison here.

SSG and MSG Mountain Bike Cancelled

More bad news for area mountain bike racers. Both the Sunflower State Games and Missouri State Games have been forced to cancel the Sunday 7/26th schedule events. Wet trails and more moisture coming.

Bike Shop Theatre

Here’s a pretty fresh approach. How about a play that is touring the country by bike. The cast and crew are bringing “Sunlight on the Brink” to Family Bicycles on July 18th. This unique event will be held in the parking lot outside the shop, bring a blanket or chairs and enjoy!
