Three races and lots of categories: Time Trial. Criterium. Road Race.

Nearly 800 racers competed in this race against the clock in the opening event of the Kansas City Corporate Challenge. This short time trial (approximately 2 1/2 miles) draws athletes of all abilities with scoring by age group and company division. Results. Upcoming Corporate Challenge events include individual and team triathlon and duathlon.

Here are the results for the first Gardner Airport TT for 2006. Stiff North wind and a big turnout. Big thanks to Bruce Tanner, Joe Horgan and Frank Jakofcich of KCBC for registration, timing and holding!

It’s too wet and muddy to ride offroad again tonight.  Whaaah!  Head over to ReVerse on the Plaza at 8:00pm to console yourself and commiserate with other riders.  We’ll try it again next week!

The Kansas Speedway has been nice enough again this year to open up their facility for practice prior to the Bike Race. These practice times will be Monday-Friday, May 1st – May 5th from 5pm-9pm.
