The KS Category Time Trial State Championship is Sunday Sep 30th in Walnut, KS. The race begins at noon to take advantage of the cool September temps.
This course has been used for the last few years and while not perfectly flat all the "hills" are big ringably short and very gradual. It is all on very low traffic state roads as far from anything as we could get. Shaped like the letter "L" the course has equal lengths on each leg. The only turn is a wide sweeping bend. Pavement is smoothed out old chip and seal and like all previous years will be swept from start to finish by the state and county road crews to remove road debris.
