Brandon Bundy sends some details from last weekend's gravel race:
"The race broke up fairly quickly into small groups with a lead group of 5. Mark Smelser, the lone racer on a road bike, had a flat early on in the first few miles. Left without Mark, the 5 leaders worked together to keep a gap over a group of 4 chasers. Mark had fixed his flat and chased by himself. On the last lap, Mark passed what remained of the leaders and won the race. Adam Mills beat Brad Sullivan on the hilltop finish to secure second place. "
