Mike Berning and crew are getting ready for the KCOI Boulevard Cyclocross Clinics. These great evenings have been held at Herman Laird Park for the last several years, but some confilcts with field usage (little league Football) will likely cause a venue change. Stay tuned for details, but a fresh park just a bit West on Johnson Drive is the likely location.
Following the three weeks of the KCOI/Boulevard clinics, practices (plus beginner tips) will move up North to the front lawn of Epic Bike and Sport. Another good place to get those skills developed.
Looking down the road a bit, Herman Laird Park will see two races this year, including a Wednesday night event on December 28th.
The very popular Boulevard Cup changes venue this year to Stump Park. It will be go back to back with the KCCup for an expected major regional weekend. Stay tuned and watch for a full cyclocross season preview here.
