Cyclocross racing continues with a fresh event added to the calendar for December 30th, 2007: The Epic Holiday Cyclocross. The race will be held on an all new course next to the Tuleries Shopping Center home of sponsor Epic Bike and Sport. The flyer will be available this weekend, but the format/prize list will be the same as January 6th's Grote Prijs Shawnee. Expect plenty of spectators, fun, food and Belgian style courses. The Kansas City metro has one of the most complete 'cross season's in the country.
Team Localcycling.com will hold it's winter Team Presentation/Party on December 7th at Scooters Coffee Shawnee. Come say hello, meet the riders, hang out with us and hear about our plans for 2008 including our schedule of community rides and events. Party from 7p.m. to 9 p.m. we'll provide beer and wine.
