"After three unsuccessful attempts to secure a course for the State Criterium on September 9, we unfortunately need to cancel the tentatively permitted event. We came close with two different options in Topeka, but both the police (downtown option) and city (Gage Park) have now said no….and we are out of time and resources to identify another alternative."
