I’ll start this off by apologizing to all the racers that had this date circled and looking forward to traveling north to Crowder, racing and supporting this event.

When I moved this event from the heat of August to the more temperate September date I didn’t for-see the conflicts that have popped up on the calendar. This was the same weekend that we had used last year for the combo Swope Cross Race and “Spoke Pony”. When the cross race dropped, it seemed logical to change dates with “Spoke Pony” and put RIM at it’s traditional date it had used in the past. 

Obviously, that decision is now conflicting with other events and I know racers/riders have to make difficult choices with their schedules. These are the perils of promoting and we know that going in. I wanted to get the word out early so racers could adjust their plans.

Once again, my apologies, but I am just trying to be real!
