Ex Bike Racer Celebrity Spotting

Lance Armstrong was hanging around Kansas City this cold Wednesday. Mr. Armstong  was spotted at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research. We hope the seven timer brought plenty of warm gear in case he’s tempted to go for a spin.
