Coconut Flavor

It’s inside training season for many, maybe you’re on Zwift, maybe watching YouTube Cyclocross videos, maybe you’re learning the skill of riding rollers. One thing that all these activities have in common is your butt tends to spend more time on the saddle than it does during outdoor activities.

Even if you’re not a user of chamois treatments the rest of the year, it’s an essential part of making indoor riding a better experience.

We’ve reviewed other Chamois Butt’r products previously. We’re big fans of their embrocation and Eurostyle Butt’r.

These folks have been at the forefront of skin care products for cyclists since 1988. We also love their support for local and national events, they understand the value of community.

The latest product in their anti-chafing line is Chamois Butt’r Coconut Anti-Chafe Cream.

We’ve been testing this formula since December, and despite our peers asking the obvious joking question about it’s ‘flavor’, have been quite pleased. This version seems a little more slippery than the Original or Eurostyle versions, and we find that a positive. The added organic coconut oil and shea butter’s moisturizing properties definitely reduce saddle discomfort from too much time fixed to the saddle. Not everyone will sit still for up to 3 hours on a trainer (we have), but if you do this product will definitely reduce the discomfort.

Available at most local bike shops. Check out their website here.
