6:15 pm and 8:15 pm. The schedule for the evening is:

The fifth annual AIDS Bicycle Challenge, charity ride for the Tour of
Missouri Stage 7 in Kansas City, will take place on Saturday, September
12th, 2009. This year’s 50, 33 and 11 mile rides begin and end in the LIVE!
Block of the Kansas City Power & Light District. The 2009 AIDS Bicycle
Challenge features routes for all ages and skill levels and includes
sections of the route that professional cyclists will ride in the 2009 Tour
of Missouri. A Post Ride Celebration will be held immediately following the
ride in the LIVE! Block of the district and will feature great food, drink
and entertainment. Non-participants can attend the Post Ride Celebration for
a $10 donation.
Registration is $25 if registered by Friday, September 11th or $50 on event
day. Participants also are required to attempt to raise an additional $80 in
pledges. There are a number of fundraising incentives offered, including a
TREK 7.1 FX Bike for the top individual fundraiser.
Missouri State Senator Jolie Justus is the 2009 AIDS Bicycle Challenge
Honorary Chair. Senator Justus began cycling this spring and has been a
regular participant in the AIDS Bicycle Challenge Training Rides, held every
Monday, 6:30 pm at Family Bicycles on Wornall Road and Gregory Boulevard in
Kansas City, Missouri. Elizabeth Bejan, Theresa Van Ackeren and Patti
Abshier are serving as Event Chairs of the 2009 AIDS Bicycle Challenge.
