"KCOI Boulevard’s women’s team is offering unlicensed women free entry in the June 25 category 4 road race stage of the Baldwin City Stage Race. This covers all fees, including a USCF one-day license. The one-day license receipt can be used toward the purchase of an annual USCF license.
