Here is a fresh event that our staff will be lending a hand to:
“Fun In The Sun is Family Bicycles’ celebration of bike riding during May–National Bike Month. Our one day event at our bicycle shop is Saturday, May 16th from 11-3pm in our parking lot. There will be lots of fun, local clubs, makers, and ride leaders to talk to you about having fun on bike in KC.
Family Bicycles will provide food and drinks for everyone.
Schedule of Events:
11-3pm Exhibitors in the Parking Lot
11:30am–Fix a Flat Demo–Localcycling will show you the best way to fix that flat tube on the fly.
1pm Bike Ride: Localcycling.com will lead a family friendly slow ride through the Brookside and Waldo neighborhoods. Children on 24″ bikes or bigger are allowed (other children must be towed in a trailer or trail-a-bike by an adult). Everyone must wear a helmet!
