Jingle Cross in Iowa has morphed into a national level event. Riders from the KC metro are sprinkled throughout the RESULTS (hover over the “Cool Stuff” at the top of the page to reach the results).
Next up local we have two days of racing at the Cider Mill. The Lost Trail CX were contested in some frigid cold weather last year. Forecast for the weekend looks to be much milder (in the 50’s). These races are part of Series60CX. Expect a point standings update this week.
Further up the road is the new Fast and Furriest on December 7th, followed by the Missouri State Cyclocross Championship on December 13th.
Christmas Week is shaping up. If all falls into place, Boxing Day will be a new track just South of the Mission Farms (home of sponsor Elite Cycling). Grote Prijs Shawnee and ‘Cross Off The Old Year return to Herman Laird Park.
