It’s far from the end of the Veldrijden season, but the Kansas State Championship is this weekend. Part of the two days of racing at the semi-permanent course near Lawrence. Joules Cross on October 18th and 19th (Sunday is the Championship)
The Volker folks are busy filling some cyclocross calendar holes. Look for a Colavita Cup at Herman Laird on November 1st.in conjunction with Boulevard Cup (Nov 2nd). AND a likely November 30th race at midtown’s Roanoake Park; think Koppenberg
More great races in November: 11/8 HPT Grand Prix (our only night race on the schedule). 11/9 Veterans Cyclo Cross in Leavenworth. 11/22 and 11/23 Lost Trail CX.
December brings up a fresh race in Kansas City, KS on the 7th with a benefit for the Humane Society of GKC. 12/13 is the Missouri State Championship in Parkville, then it’s on to Christmas Week: Boxing Day CX 12/26, Grote Prijs Shawnee and ‘Cross Off The Old Year.
