Early morning temperature for Cross Off Cancer was on the cool side, but by the late races it was quite warm. RESULTS
Next local race is Joules Cross near Lawrence (same venue as the Kansas Velodrome). The Freestate Womens Cycling team note that there is Chili contest as well as two days of cyclocross racing.
Watch for some venue changes and additions to the local CX calendar. Conflicts with soccer scheduling means a move for Boulevard Cup and Colavita Cup. Breaking ground on the Mission Farms property mean a likely move to some nearby fields. Veldrijden for sure.
Epic Holiday Cross is back on Saturday Nov. 30th. Possible local races on Nov. 10th and Dec. 1st are in the works.
