Manhattan did the nice thing for locals unable to go to Bend by duplicating the weather conditions as closely as possible. The Bad Goat folks put together a twisty turny snowy icy muddy flume ride. Excellent warm registration and changing area, nine gallons of chili and beer rounded out the perks.
