The 4th Grote Prijs Shawnee was held in moderate weather on a much dryer course than last year. More time on the bike meant faster laps, with lots of big ring time on the long road section. Plenty of good food and Smokestack Ale to go 'round, a mini-expo with the Vittoria Tire folks, good emergency service from sponsor Epic Bike and Sport and wonderful venue support from the City of Shawnee.
