Thank you for signing up to be a volunteer for the 2008 USA Cycling Cyclocross National Championships. We are very pleased with the support that we are receiving! We couldn't make it happen without you. We are one week out!!!! Mother Nature appears to be in line with the weather that we want! But, we never know what we are going to get until the last minute! We have listed the final instructions below for you.

Arrive 30 minutes before each shift that you will be working. Please allow for Mother Natures fury when traveling!
You will check in at the white expo tent. You can't miss it! It's HUGE!!!!
Inside the tent you will check-in at the volunteer booth with the Volunteer Coordinator, get your hat, shirt and credentials. Each volunteer must sign a waiver at the time of check-in as well.
At that time you will be assigned to your various positions.
The volunteer coordinator will work on sending your replacement by the end of each shift. Please do not leave your position. If you need to be relieved of your position contact a KLM Staff Member and they will assist you. This is very important to not leave any positions open!
If you are working two shifts in one day you will be given a lunch break from 12:00 P.M. to 12:45 P.M. then each volunteer will need to report to their position that they have been assigned to.
We have attached two maps to assist with your travels to the venue. You have driving directions map and a parking map. We ask that all volunteers park in the North Parking Lot on the top of the hill by the Soccer Fields.
You may visit www.kccrossnationals.com for all event details.
Each volunteer that works a 4 hour shift will receive a free coffee or hot chocolate from De La Paz and a warm KCCX Winter Hat from Verge Sport and volunteer t-shirt!

Thank you for supporting our events. We look forward to working with you!
